1. Material & Craft
Made of high-quality food-grade 304/316L stainless steel, with internal mirror polishing (Ra≤0.4μm) and external matte polishing, fully welded and sealed without dead corners, complying with international food hygiene standards, resistant to corrosion and easy to clean, avoiding bacterial residue and ensuring wine brewing safety.
2. Jacketed Temperature Control System
Equipped with dimple/channel jacket, suitable for glycol, hot water and other temperature control medium circulation, realizing precise heating and cooling during wine fermentation. It can stably control the fermentation temperature, effectively lock the aroma and flavor of wine, avoid quality problems caused by temperature fluctuations, and adapt to different wine brewing processes.
3. Structure & Accessories
Adopts conical/sloped bottom design for smooth wine discharge and residue cleaning; equipped with top manhole, sample valve, racking valve, CIP cleaning ball, PT100 temperature probe, breather valve, liquid level gauge and other standard sanitary accessories, with tri-clamp connection for easy disassembly and maintenance. The tank is matched with adjustable stainless steel legs, stable placement and strong adaptability to the site.
4. Performance & Application
With a working capacity of 1500L, it is suitable for medium-scale commercial wine brewing. It has good sealing performance, reduces wine oxidation, supports stable long-term fermentation, and is widely used in red wine fermentation, white wine fermentation, fruit wine fermentation and wine storage, meeting diversified brewing process requirements.
