Product Overview

The spiral screw press (also called screw juice extractor) is core preliminary processing equipment for wineries, cider plants and citrus juice factories. Adopting spiral extrusion solid-liquid separation technology, it continuously squeezes broken fruits to separate pure juice from peel, seeds and pomace without high-temperature heating, fully retaining the natural fruit aroma, nutrition and original color of wine, apple juice and orange juice.

Different from traditional batch hydraulic presses, this spiral press supports 24-hour uninterrupted automatic production, greatly cutting labor costs and improving production efficiency. Working Principle

Raw fruits after crushing are fed into the hopper and pushed forward by the rotating spiral auger. The spiral cavity volume gradually shrinks toward the slag outlet to form continuous extrusion pressure. Squeezed juice flows out through the stainless steel filter screen and collects into the juice tank, while dry fruit pomace is automatically discharged from the adjustable slag outlet.
