1. Product Overview

Fruit juice mixing tank, also named juice blending tank or juice preparation tank, is core processing equipment in fruit juice, fruit puree, fruit vinegar and fruit wine production workshops. It completes raw material dissolving, proportioning, stirring, homogenizing, temperature holding and temporary storage in one tank.

Compared with ordinary mixing tanks, our juice mixing tank optimizes the internal structure to avoid material residue, prevents juice oxidation, ensures consistent flavor of each batch of finished juice, and greatly reduces manual operation errors.

2. Core Material & Craft

1. Main material: Inner tank SUS304 / SUS316L sanitary stainless steel; jacket carbon steel or stainless steel; outer insulation shell SUS304

2. Inner surface: Mirror polishing Ra≤0.4μm, seamless arc welding, no sanitary dead corners

3. Outer surface: Matte 2B finish or mirror polishing as required

4. Sealing part: Food grade silicone/EPDM rubber, high temperature resistant, no peculiar smell

3. Optional Structure Type

• Single layer tank: Only for normal temperature mixing and temporary storage

• Double jacket tank: Realize steam heating or cold water cooling, temperature range 0~120℃

• Three-layer tank: Heating/cooling + thermal insulation layer, long-time constant temperature preservation

4. Agitator & Configuration

• Agitator installation: Top mounted stirring / side entry stirring optional

• Paddle types: Propeller paddle, anchor paddle, turbine paddle, high shear homogenizer, scrape anchor paddle (for thick fruit pulp)

• Speed control: Ordinary fixed speed / frequency conversion speed regulation (0~960rpm adjustable)

• Standard fittings: Manhole, sight glass, breather valve, sampling port, thermometer, liquid level gauge, CIP cleaning ball, sanitary butterfly valves for inlet and outlet, drain port
