This sanitary jam and sweet sauce blending tank is professionally designed for high-viscosity food materials, including fruit jam, sweet sauce, ketchup, honey sauce and condiment products. Different from ordinary liquid mixing tanks, it is equipped with full PTFE wall-scraping agitator to solve material sticking and uneven mixing problems. Adopting food-grade stainless steel and jacket temperature control system, it realizes automatic heating, constant-temperature blending and uniform emulsification. Fully compliant with food hygiene standards, it is the core equipment for food sauce processing factories.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

1. Premium Material & Sanitary Design


Made of standard SUS304 or upgraded SUS316L stainless steel, suitable for acidic fruit jam and seasoned sweet sauce. The inner wall adopts mirror polishing (Ra≤0.8μm), seamless welding and no dead corners. It supports full CIP automatic cleaning, no material residue, fully meeting 3A, GMP food sanitary production standards.


2. Professional High-Viscosity Mixing System


Core customized wall-scraping anchor agitator with PTFE soft scraper, which fits the tank wall completely. It effectively scrapes off sticky jam and thick sauce to avoid caking and wall adhesion. Optional auxiliary high-shear homogenizer for finer and smoother sauce texture. VFD stepless speed regulation adapts to different viscosity of jam and sweet sauce.


3. Temperature Control Structure


Three optional structures for different production demands:


• Single layer tank: Normal temperature blending & storage of finished sweet sauce


• Double jacket tank: Electric/steam heating and cold water cooling, for jam boiling, sterilization and rapid cooling


• Three-layer insulated tank: Constant temperature preservation, energy saving, suitable for mass continuous production
