Chocolate Mixing Tank – Professional Chocolate Blending Vessel
1. Product Overview
The chocolate mixing tank is indispensable equipment in chocolate processing lines, designed specially for melting raw cocoa materials, homogenizing chocolate slurry, constant-temperature holding and preventing fat separation.
Different from ordinary mixing tanks, this vessel matches the high-viscosity property of chocolate liquid: low-speed soft stirring with full wall scrapers ensures zero residual materials on tank inner wall, while the insulated double jacket realizes stable heating, cooling and thermal preservation, avoiding chocolate overheating, burning or solidification.
Suitable for dark chocolate, milk chocolate, white chocolate, compound chocolate, chocolate sauce, cocoa butter blending and temporary storage before enrobing, molding and tempering.

Standard 304 stainless steel, optional 316L for high-acid formula. Mirror polished inner surface, dead-angle free design, easy CIP cleaning, meets international food safety standards.
2. Double Jacket Thermal Insulation System
Water bath circulation heating & cooling, uniform heat transfer without local high temperature; thick glass wool insulation reduces energy loss, stable temperature range 20–60°C adjustable.
3. Full Wall Scraper Agitator System
Low-speed gear motor + silicone wall scrapers, continuously scrape tank bottom & side walls to eliminate chocolate sediment and oil separation, keep slurry silky smooth all the time. Variable frequency speed regulation for flexible mixing speed control.
4. Intelligent PLC Temperature Control Panel
Real-time temperature monitoring, automatic constant temperature, overheat protection, one-click parameter setting, low operation threshold for workers.
