Product Overview

Shampoo mixing tank is dedicated blending and emulsifying equipment formulated for daily chemical production. It completes raw material dissolution, mixing, homogenization and maturation for shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hand sanitizer and various liquid detergents.

For medium and high-viscosity washing formulas, matched agitators and high shear heads can fully disperse thick raw materials to avoid agglomeration and layering, securing stable viscosity and fine texture of finished cosmetics.

1. Food‑grade Stainless Steel Construction

Available SUS304 and corrosion‑resistant SUS316L stainless steel options. Inner wall mirror polishing leaves no dead corners, prevents residual dirt and bacterial growth, satisfying cosmetic GMP production requirements.

2. Combined Stirring System

Dual stirring structure including main frame agitator with wall scrapers and top high‑shear homogenizer. Scrapers wipe sticky materials adhered to tank inner walls constantly; high‑speed shearing breaks solid particles to obtain smooth finished liquid without granular impurities. Rotation speed is adjustable according to formula characteristics.

3. Heating & Cooling Jacket System

Jacket structure supports steam heating and cold water cooling to meet heating dissolution, thermal emulsification and low‑temperature aging processes required by shampoo formulas. Constant temperature control effectively stabilizes product texture.

4. Standard Sanitary Auxiliary Fittings

Outfitted with CIP spray balls, sight glass, sampling port, breathing valve and liquid level gauge. Online automatic cleaning reduces manual labor and prevents cross contamination between different batches. Explosion‑proof motors are available for flammable surfactant raw materials.

5. Flexible Customization Service

Tank volumes range from 50L to 30000L. Vacuum deaeration module can be installed upon request to eliminate bubbles inside shampoo and improve product appearance.
