Product Overview


The soap mixing tank is specialized processing equipment used in daily chemical manufacturing. It undertakes raw material melting, compound stirring, emulsification and ageing procedures for various soap‑based products including liquid hand soap, body soap liquid, dish soap and concentrated laundry detergent.

Combined low‑speed frame stirring and high‑speed shearing solves the problem of thick surfactant agglomeration. Final finished liquid achieves uniform viscosity, smooth texture and stable composition across every production batch.

1. Corrosion‑Resistant Tank Body Material

Fabricated from SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel. Inner surface undergoes high‑gloss mirror polishing to avoid sticky soap residue buildup. The material resists long‑term erosion by alkaline surfactant solutions and meets cosmetic GMP manufacturing standards.


2. Dual Composite Stirring Structure

Anchor frame agitator fitted with flexible wall scrapers continuously scrape viscous materials attached to tank inner walls to prevent caking. Attached high shear homogenizer rapidly disperse thick raw powders and grease ingredients, eliminating coarse particles inside soap liquid. Motor speed can be stepless adjusted to match different formula viscosity.


3. Heating and Cooling Jacket System

Jacket layer supports steam heating for grease melting and chilled water cooling for post‑emulsification curing. Precise constant temperature regulation greatly improves emulsification efficiency and product stability of liquid soap formulas.


4. Optional Safety and Sanitary Accessories

Standard accessories contain CIP cleaning balls, observation sight glass, sampling port, breather valve and liquid level indicator. Explosion‑driven motors are available for volatile raw materials to guarantee workshop safety. Vacuum defoaming assembly can be added to remove surface bubbles of finished soap liquid.


5. Full Customization Service

Available tank volume ranges from 50L up to 30000L. Customers may configure single stirring type or integrated emulsifying system based on production output and product formulas.
