Product Overview
Open top kombucha fermentation tank is the classic and mainstream equipment for commercial kombucha primary fermentation. It abandons fully enclosed structures and adopts a safe open-top breathable design, which fully adapts to the aerobic fermentation principle of kombucha.
Sufficient surface oxygen exchange ensures vigorous reproduction of beneficial bacteria and yeast, effectively improving fermentation efficiency and forming high-quality SCOBY. Equipped with dust-proof and insect-proof breathable covers as standard, it avoids contamination while ensuring air circulation, solving the core demand of traditional open brewing for sanitation and oxygen supply.
Suitable for mass primary fermentation of kombucha base tea, SCOBY expansion cultivation and daily batch brewing. It supports manual fine-tuning in the fermentation process and is compatible with all conventional kombucha brewing processes.
