Product Overview
Closed kombucha fermentation tank is the core standardized equipment for modern industrial kombucha brewing. Different from traditional open brewing containers, this sealed fermenter adopts a fully enclosed sanitary structure with adjustable sterile air intake system, which can accurately control the oxygen content required for kombucha fermentation, effectively reduce the rate of mold and miscellaneous bacteria pollution, greatly improve the pass rate of finished products and flavor repeatability.
It can realize two working modes: controlled aerobic primary fermentation (cultivate SCOBY and ferment base tea) and fully sealed anaerobic secondary fermentation (carbonation flavoring). Equipped with temperature regulation, pressure monitoring, sampling ports and CIP cleaning interfaces, it is the preferred fermentation equipment for medium and large kombucha manufacturers, beverage startups and OEM production workshops.

Inner wall mirror polishing Ra≤0.4μm, no dead corners for dirt accumulation; conical cone bottom drains residue completely, matched with 360° rotating CIP spray ball, realize automatic cleaning without manual tank entry, meet food GMP hygiene standards.

Switch freely between aerobic fermentation mode and sealed pressurized carbonation mode, one tank completes base fermentation and sparkling kombucha maturation, reduce equipment investment cost.
