Our stainless steel cider tanks are specially designed for commercial apple cider and fruit wine production. Integrated functions of fermentation, maturation, clarification and storage, the tank features precise temperature control, fully sealed sanitary structure and pressure resistance for sparkling cider brewing.

The jacketed cooling system keeps stable fermentation temperature to preserve fresh fruit flavor and improve taste consistency. Mirror polished inner wall ensures hygiene and easy CIP cleaning. Available in various capacities for craft breweries, beverage factories and industrial cider production lines.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Product Overview


Cider tank is dedicated equipment for fermenting and maturing apple cider, pear cider and various fruit wines. Different from beer tanks, cider brewing requires strict sanitary conditions, stable low-temperature fermentation and anti-oxidation sealing performance to retain natural fruity aroma and prevent browning and sour spoilage.


Our cider tanks adopt food-grade stainless steel structure, with full insulation and glycol cooling jacket, supporting whole-process temperature control from fermentation, settling, maturation to finished product storage. The pressure-resistant design allows in-tank carbonation for sparkling cider, realizing multi-purpose use in one tank.

1. Fruit Flavor Locked Fermentation

Precise temperature control from 0℃ to 25℃ perfectly matches cider yeast fermentation characteristics, retaining fresh fruit fragrance, reducing bitterness and improving mouthfeel purity.


2. Anti-oxidation Fully Sealed Design

Equipped with sterile breather valve and pressure gauge to isolate oxygen effectively, prevent cider oxidation, discoloration and flavor deterioration during fermentation and aging.


3. Sanitary Grade Structure

Inner mirror polishing Ra≤0.4μm, no residue dead corners. Compatible with automatic CIP cleaning system, fully meet food beverage GMP sanitary standards.


4. Dual Function for Fermentation & Bright Storage

Can be used as cider fermenter for primary fermentation and as bright tank for clarification, aging and finished product temporary storage, saving factory equipment investment.


5. Sparkling Cider Carbonation Available

Pressure-bearing tank body supports in-tank carbonation, suitable for producing both still cider and sparkling carbonated cider.
