For small batch production, the core question is usually not “Do I need a 3000L winery storage tank?” but rather “Will a 3000L tank match the way my wine moves through the cellar?” That distinction matters, because many sizing mistakes come from buying based on nominal volume instead of operational volume.

Start with usable volume, not nominal tank capacity
